from Maître Pierre is exactly the same today as it was in 1903 when customers sat down to dine in the "Auberge de Maître Pierre" in Sarrebourg, a restaurant that has been in the Pierre family for three generations.

In 1985 Daniel Pierre took on the venture of freezing the Flamm'Kueche dishes he prepared in his own kitchen and selling them under his personal name to give a greater public the chance to enjoy his creations and bring "restaurant quality" to their table.
