sat down to dine in the "Auberge
de Maître Pierre" in Sarrebourg,
a restaurant that has been in the Pierre family for
three generations.
In 1985 Daniel Pierre took on the venture of freezing
the Flamm'Kueche dishes he prepared in his own kitchen
and selling them under his personal name to give a greater
public the chance to enjoy his creations and bring "restaurant
quality" to their table.
Our best seller is the taste of our product. The pastry,
always hand-made,
is pliable and crispy, the cream base is smooth and
rich, and the toppings provide the flavor of the chosen
taste; nothing added, nothing taken away.
