Preheat the oven at 250°C regardless of oven type.

Take the tart out of its package and place it still frozen
on a rack in the oven

According to the different kinds of ovens, we are offering
the following recommendations:

• Multifunction oven
In the middle of the oven, grill over and under, on a tray (natural convection on a grill)

• Gas oven
Preheat a baking dish in the oven place the tart on the plate at the lowest setting in the oven

• Fan-heating oven
On a tray in the middle of the oven, but be careful, the tart could dry out if over baked.

Cook for 8-12 minutes for the Flamm’ and 10-15 minutes for the pizzas (250°C).

The tart/pizza is ready when you try to lift it a little, the crust must be firm and the edges lightly browned.

These instructions are available for all the Flamm varieties some need more cooking time according to the topping mass.

For pizzas, if you prefer them soft, shorten the cooking time by a few minutes; if preferred crisp, leave them in a little longer.
